Molex seeks a Manager of FP&A in the United States to guide planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making across the Transportation & Industrial Solutions division. You’ll connect financial and operational insights, support AI-enabled FP&A initiatives, and partner with leaders to navigate risks and opportunities during a period of growth and organizational evolution.

As a Manager of FP&A, you will partner closely with leaders across Molex's Transportation & Industrial Solutions (TIS) Division to guide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making during an exciting period of growth and organizational evolution. You'll develop a broad understanding of the business, connecting financial and operational insights across multiple segments while helping leaders navigate complex opportunities, risks, and market dynamics such as tariffs, portfolio shifts, and changing customer demand. In addition to supporting a key business unit, you'll play an important role in advancing AI-enabled FP&A capabilities and driving initiatives that improve how decisions are made across the division. This role offers significant visibility and a path to broader leadership opportunities as you expand your impact across the organization.
