Job summary

Molex in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams and enable sound decision-making for executive leadership. This high-visibility role focuses on financial modeling, economic thinking, and performance insights to support strategic initiatives and drive value for the enterprise.

You will lead FP&A for manufacturing, deliver dashboards, support capital investments, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the finance business partner for manufacturing operations to drive growth and performance.
Lead FP&A processes: planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for plants.
Analyze performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain to align financial objectives.
Identify and implement cost savings and efficiency initiatives across manufacturing.
Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for decisions.
Support capital investment planning and post-investment analyses.
Monitor financial impact of strategic initiatives and translate into outcomes.
Ensure compliance with controls, standards, regulatory requirements, and audit.
Leverage AI and data analytics to improve financial processes and acumen.
