Job summary

Molex seeks a Manager of FP&A in the United States to guide planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making across the Transportation & Industrial Solutions division. You’ll connect financial and operational insights, support AI-enabled FP&A initiatives, and partner with leaders to navigate risks and opportunities during a period of growth and organizational evolution.

You will work closely with finance, operations and commercial teams to elevate decision quality and drive value creation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Progressive FP&A or accounting experience.
Advanced financial modeling and ability to translate complex information for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead annual planning, five-year forecast, and driver-based forecasting for the TIS Division.
Partner with leaders to align assumptions into an integrated financial outlook.
Analyze performance, risks and opportunities to provide actionable insights.
Build deep understanding of the division’s P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and ROIC drivers.
Prepare executive-ready reporting on trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Support scenario modeling and strategic investment analysis.
