Job summary

Hexagon Agility, a leading global provider of clean fuel solutions, seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management for North America. You will partner with executive leadership, drive advanced modeling and automation, and steer the finance function through strategic projects.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will build driver-based models, deliver executive dashboards, support M&A evaluations, and mentor finance talent across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, operational finance or business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a multi-site environment.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
• Experience with ERP, planning and reporting systems.
• Interest or experience in automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Serve as the finance business partner to executive leadership and operational management.
• Build advanced driver-based models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Lead financial performance management across North American operations.
• Drive the transformation of FP&A through automation, business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics.
• Partner with plant leadership teams to identify and execute profitability and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
• Support M&A evaluations, strategic projects and other corporate development initiatives as required.
• Mentor and develop future finance talent within the organization.
