Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance group in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) supports forecasting, analysis, M&A, and reporting, delivering critical insights to drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and robust financial models. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus) and 3+ years of experience, with Big 4

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; Big 4 transaction advisory preferred.
• Experience in AEC industry a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; auditable work products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and suggest improvements.
• Conduct due diligence and build forecasts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting to support decision-making.
• Ensure project-level forecasts accurately reflect future work.
