Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance group in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. The position supports forecasting, analysis, M&A, and reporting, delivering critical financial insights to drive strategic decisions and improve performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and develop comprehensive financial models, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, variance analysis, due diligence, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years of Big 4 transaction advisory experience preferred.
• Experience in AEC industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and recommend improvements to future performance.
• Conduct due diligence and build forecasts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting to support decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure future work is accurately represented in project-level forecasts.
• Compile reporting data for business insurance renewals and industry publications.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
