Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, audit, or related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Own detailed financial planning and analysis for corporate divisions, including budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and commentary.
• Partner with division leaders to understand results, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Develop healthcare financial management insights including invoicing, P&L review, and funding analysis.
• Review invoices and expenses for proper accounting and coding; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
