Job summary

Red Cell Partners is a strategic finance leader seeking a skilled professional to support incubation initiatives across healthcare, cyber, and national security sectors. The role offers hybrid or US-based remote work with exposure to high-impact financial decisions.

The candidate will manage M&A modeling, comps analysis, and strategic planning, while coordinating with the CFO and senior leadership to drive fundraising and reporting across multiple portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or similar).
• Demonstrate ability to set objectives and organize work to meet goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and liquidity-event modeling for acquisitions, spin-offs, IPOs, and other events.
• Conduct comps research and market benchmarking for strategic planning.
• Build and own financial models including scenario and cash flow planning.
• Monitor ROI, gross margins, CAC/LTV and align with sales/ops/tech.
• Prepare investment committee and investor materials with leadership.
