Job summary

Kranz-Consulting seeks a Manager, Strategic Finance, FP&A to partner with the CFO on financial planning and analysis across the organization. You will translate analyses into insights for executives, drive forecasting and budgeting, and support strategic initiatives including potential M&A activity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years FP&A experience in tech, with strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance is required; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years FP&A experience in a technology company; experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Big 4.
• 2+ years in Enterprise Software and SaaS domain preferred.
• Strong ability to create financial models and turn data into actionable insights.
• High integrity and collaboration with senior leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build partnerships with key business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and presentation skills; detail-oriented.
• Resourceful, independent worker able to collaborate with a team.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning cycle by owning P&L, cash flow, and forecasts/budgets.
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts with business-partner alignment.
• Support CFO and executives on company-wide strategic initiatives, including M&A.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Develop, track and report financial and operational metrics for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Analyze business changes and prepare reporting to highlight key trends.
