LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will partner with leadership to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or cost accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Manufacturing experience.
• ERP system experience.
• CMA, CPA, FPAC, or similar professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts, annual budgets, and financial projections.
• Produce monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Analyze inventory, reserves, and financial risks.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
• Manage fixed assets and support lease accounting compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects.
