Job summary

KBW has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role will partner closely with finance and operational leadership to analyze performance, improve forecasting, and provide actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in finance or related field, 3+ years FP&A experience, manufacturing exposure, and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with a larger ERP preferred.
• Power BI or other BI/visualization experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, and working capital.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support decisions.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance.
• Support cash flow forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze financial and operational data from ERP and other systems.
• Support acquisition integration, strategic initiatives, and executive reporting.
• Improve financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes.
