Ascend Learning is seeking an FP&A Manager in Burlington, MA for a hybrid role partnering with senior leadership to optimize financial results across brands. You will forecast, budget, and deliver insightful analyses for board and executives.

You will build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, collaborate across finance and business teams, and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A Finance degree and 6+ years FP&A experience are required.

Qualificações

• Finance or accounting degree required.
• 6+ years progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting financial metrics.
• Experience with technology, software and/or digital learning is a plus.
• Ability to plan, analyze, budget, and report.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple items.

Responsabilidades

• Provide critical insight on business trends and strategic initiatives; develop analysis beyond conventional reporting.
• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and actual reporting against plan; drive corrective action planning.
• Develop dashboards to provide visibility into trends, pricing performance and other key KPIs.
• Build models, analyze data, create reports, generate insights, and advise actions.
• Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with company goals.
