Ascend Learning is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Finance to lead Corporate FP&A and strategic finance in a high-growth environment. You will partner with senior leaders to build scalable planning, reporting, and analysis capabilities.

The role requires deep FP&A experience, strong leadership, and collaboration across finance, accounting, and IT. Hybrid work from Leawood, KS, or remote in US time zones, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in business or corporate finance, including 5+ years FP&A leadership.
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment; SaaS/recurring revenue preferred.
• Strong results orientation with ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, visualization, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and drive execution for Corporate FP&A.
• Analyze business drivers and communicate critical insights.
• Standardize FP&A processes to improve efficiency.
• Lead Board and senior leadership reporting and analysis.
• Oversee long-range plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive Planful roadmap and Center of Excellence.
