Job summary

Stryker in Cary, IL is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to turn financial data into insights that guide business decisions, resource allocation, and long-term performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning while driving KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements. Hybrid work with 1–2 days onsite weekly.

Minimum 4 years in FP&A plus a Bachelor’s degree; CPA or MBA preferred. Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong Excel with complex models.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A insights to influence strategy and capital allocation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and trend analyses.
• Drive automation and process improvements in FP&A.
