Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products in Lake Forest, IL seeks a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A for Hefty Home & Tableware to lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will partner with Marketing and Global Sourcing to model launches, pricing, and margin optimization while driving cost discipline across the business.

You will manage a direct report, influence senior leaders, and deliver strategic insights to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FP&A or commercial finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Hefty Home & Tableware, including annual plan, forecasting, and risk evaluation.
• Perform variance analyses and explain drivers across volume, revenue, and COGS.
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting for the BU.
• Manage SG&A budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with marketing and sourcing on financial models for launches and pricing.
• Identify cost savings and margin opportunities and support business decisions.
