Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to drive costing, inventory and profitability analysis at its Lake Forest, IL headquarters. You will work with Operations, Supply Chain and FP&A to ensure accurate SAP-based cost capture and clear financial storytelling for leadership.

You’ll contribute to customer bid processes, build BI dashboards, and support month-end closes with a focus on data integrity and process improvements across a diverse product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, operations finance, or cost accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing, costing and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience building automated dashboards and financial models.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product costing processes in SAP, including standard cost updates, cost rollups, and variance analysis.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet impacts of product cost changes, focusing on margin and inventory valuation.
• Prepare inventory and scrap reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory, costing, and manufacturing variances.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards for costing and performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and support new product introductions.
• Maintain data integrity and documentation for costing and inventory processes.
