Ives & Associates is seeking a strategic, commercially minded FP&A leader to drive financial analysis, planning, performance management, and decision support across our business portfolio. This senior role partners with executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to accelerate profitable growth and improve visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership in consumer products.
Strong understanding of CPG financial drivers incl. trade spend, P&Ls, GTN, pricing analytics, supply chain.
Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Strong systems experience with ERP, forecasting, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with AOP, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial review processes.
Partner with business leaders to develop growth strategies and profitability initiatives.
Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Drive financial discipline and accountability across all functions.
Build scalable dashboards and analytics to improve visibility and speed.
