CPG & Associates is seeking an FP&A Manager to act as a strategic partner across multi-site operations. You will transform financial and operational data into insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth initiatives.

The role collaborates with the CFO to build scalable dashboards and performance analytics for multiple operating companies. The ideal candidate has strong analytics in construction-related data, executive-level reporting experience, and a hands-on approach to roll up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics, BI, finance analytics, or operational analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data modeling and large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide dashboards and KPIs for executives.
• Create automated reporting to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Consolidate data across multiple units, regions and sites.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management and investors.
• Partner with CFO and leaders to improve forecasting and project execution.
