Job summary

Lemonaid Health Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with senior leaders across G&A, Marketing, Product, and Pharmacy Operations/Supply Chain, bringing analytical rigor and clear financial insight to both near-term execution and long-term growth decisions.

• Executive storytelling and financial narrative skills

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A operating cadence: monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and executive-ready narratives.
• Prepare insights for monthly executive reviews and Board discussions highlighting drivers and trends.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate accruals and reliable management reporting.
• Serve as strategic finance partner to department heads; build operating plans and influence resource allocation.
• Develop decision support for initiatives (pricing, new products, staffing, capacity, promotions).
• Consolidate cross-functional inputs into a cohesive outlook with KPIs.
• Support revenue growth initiatives with ROI analysis and performance tracking.
• Build driver-based models linking unit economics to revenue, CAC/LTV, costs, and productivity.
• Use scenario analysis and dashboards to assess impact of growth initiatives and pricing changes.
• Improve data quality and repeatability of weekly/monthly insights for forecasting accuracy.
• Drive automation and scaling of FP&A workflows; ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.
• Collaborate to implement planning tools (ERP/EPM) and standardized reporting for executives.
• Design reporting frameworks that scale for Board and cross-functional needs.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leaders, providing clear financial guidance.
• Lead with influence to align teams around financial goals and performance expectations.
• Mentor analysts on financial concepts and data-driven decision-making as the organization scales.
• Establish high standards for financial rigor and executive communication.
