Nox Health is seeking a hands-on Senior Director of FP&A to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning. You will own the model, drive insights, and partner with leaders across the organization to steer financial decisions.

You will shape executive and Board reporting, build integrated financial models, and mentor a growing finance team, ensuring accuracy and scalable processes as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related function.
• Evidence leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Strong financial modeling and cross‑unit experience.
• Ability to partner with executives and translate numbers into decisions.
• Understanding of US GAAP and liquidity/ cash flow concepts.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency; AI tool experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own enterprise‑wide budget and forecast processes across units.
• Consolidate plans across geographies into an enterprise view.
• Build long‑range financial plan with multi‑year outcomes.
• Partner with Accounting to align plans with results and reporting.
• Establish planning standards and improve reporting consistency.
• Serve FP&A partner for a key business unit and drive performance analysis.
• Model connections between drivers and financial results.
• Support pricing, investments, capacity planning and ROI scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Prepare reports for CFO, ELT, and Board with clear narratives.
