Archwell Capital is seeking a Manager, Finance – FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will build financial models, consolidate results across businesses, and partner with senior leaders to identify risks and opportunities.

Strong Excel and communication skills are essential. The role focuses on producing executive-ready reports and KPIs, while mentoring analysts and collaborating with accounting to ensure accurate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Build and maintain models for income, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Consolidate forecasts across multiple businesses.
• Analyze performance versus budget and identify drivers.
• Develop monthly/quarterly management reporting and exec-ready decks.
• Partner with leaders to develop assumptions and identify risks/opportunities.
• Develop and monitor FP&A KPIs and operational metrics.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, profitability analyses.
• Improve forecasting models and FP&A tools as organization grows.
• Investigate trends and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support analysts and mentor their development.
• Collaborate with Accounting for timely financial info.
• Assist ad hoc projects for senior management.
• Comply with company policies and maintain punctual attendance.
