Job summary

Manta Search is seeking a hands-on FP&A leader to partner directly with the CFO. You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while rolling up your sleeves on models and data.

Based in West Hollywood, the role offers a path to Head of FP&A for seasoned candidates or a fast-track Senior Analyst who will grow into the role. You will translate numbers into clear recommendations for senior leadership and drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience required for seniority levels.
• Experience with consumer products or multi-channel brands preferred.
• Experience supporting international operations with multi-entity, multi-currency reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to build trusted models.
• Exposure to ERP systems and BI tools; automating FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting across channels, regions, and product categories.
• Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario analysis).
• Lead monthly variance analysis and reporting to CFO and exec team.
• Analyze performance by channel/region/SKU; surface margin and growth opportunities.
• Model FX impact and multi-currency results for international entities.
• Support inventory planning, gross margin analysis, and pricing decisions with ops/merchandising.
• Evaluate ROI and payback on new initiatives like store openings and expansions.
• Improve and automate FP&A processes, dashboards, and tools as the business scales.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, lender updates, and investor discussions.
• Serve as trusted partner to department heads on budgets and performance.
