Job summary

Front Row is seeking a Director of FP&A in New York to own financial planning and performance for its largest division. The role partners with commercial and operations leaders to forecast the business, surface margin opportunities, and drive value creation across brand and SKU P&Ls.

The position requires hands-on finance leadership, mentorship of an analyst, and strong ability to translate complex numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

7–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
Experience building brand-, product-, or business unit‑level P&Ls.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking for the Marketplace business.
Maintain brand- and SKU-level visibility to surface performance drivers.
Drive margin savings initiatives and track them (fees, fulfillment, ads, COGS).
Lead renewal modeling and pricing with commercial teams.
Forecast cash flow and working capital with accounting and demand planning.
Develop analysts and deliver decision-ready analyses to leadership.
