Manta Search in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and reporting, partnering directly with the CFO. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on modeling across channels and regions to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of FP&A experience in consumer brands, strong data discipline, ERP/BI expertise, and a track record of influencing senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A experience at Senior Analyst level; 8+ years for Head of FP&A.
• Experience in consumer products, luxury, fashion, or multi-channel brands preferred.
• Experience with international operations and multi-currency reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting.
• Own annual budget and rolling forecast across channels, regions, and product categories.
• Build financial models for P&L, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and reporting to executive leadership.
• Model FX impact and multi-currency results across international entities.
• Evaluate ROI on new markets and capital investments.
• Improve FP&A processes, dashboards, and tools for scale.
