Job summary

Atrium, on behalf of our client, is seeking an FP&A Manager in New York, NY. You will lead financial planning and analysis across a multi-channel retail operation spanning e-commerce, wholesale, and brick-and-mortar, partnering with finance leadership and commercial teams.

The role goes beyond budgeting to owning forecasting, margin analysis, and model building that ties operating activity to P&L results. You’ll present clear narratives to senior leaders and drive improvements in FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, incl. 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or multi-channel business.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly analysis.
• Lead weekly reforecasting with driver-based models; identify risks & opportunities.
• Build integrated financial models linking ops metrics to P&L outcomes.
• Analyze performance; communicate drivers to leadership.
