Job summary

Stout’s CFO Services practice is growing its FP&A and finance transformation offerings for middle-market and PE-backed clients in Detroit. This senior role develops client relationships, leads engagements, and collaborates across the firm to deliver strategic planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.

You'll lead driver-based models, dashboards, and reporting packages, advise on OTC/PTP/RTR processes, and help integrate post-acquisition finance activities while mentoring junior team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A or finance leadership
• Experience with PE-backed environments and M&A diligence preferred
• Proficiency with core ERP/FP&A tools and data visualization platforms

Responsibilities

• Design budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build driver-based financial models and cash flow forecasts
• Develop management reporting packages and KPI dashboards
• Lead post-acquisition integration and finance transformation initiatives
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and support business development
