Job summary

Stout is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will design driver-based models, create dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams across OTC, PTP, and RTR during finance transformations.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, deep FP&A expertise, and strong communication with C-suite and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Professional Services experience with in-house FP&A or finance leadership.
• Deep FP&A expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses and sponsor reporting expectations.
• Exposure to M&A due diligence, post-close integration, and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FP&A engagements spanning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting frameworks for CFOs and sponsors.
• Collaborate across OTC, PTP, RTR processes and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support buy-side/sell-side due diligence and post-close integration workstreams.
• Lead or support interim FP&A leadership during transitions and growth.
