Job summary

Molex is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to identify where to compete, how to create value, and what capabilities are needed for success across the company. You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic investments with fact-based perspectives.

The role offers broad exposure across divisions and the chance to influence Molex's most important strategic priorities, including enterprise-wide initiatives and AI-driven capability

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of post-MBA or equivalent experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or cross-functional roles.
• Experience leading fact-based strategy work, market assessments, business cases, or investment evaluations.
• Ability to work across multiple businesses or functions and operate in ambiguous environments.
• Structured, logical thinker who can translate insights into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize strategic questions to shape long-term growth and value creation.
• Lead strategy projects from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution planning.
• Develop points of view on technologies, markets, and growth opportunities with actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Evaluate where Molex should compete and how it can win across markets, technologies, and regions.
• Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives including AI strategy and capability transformations.
• Lead or support cross-business growth opportunities and initiatives.
