Colliers seeks a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, optimize free cash flow, and build robust financial controls in a hybrid role across Central and Southeast regions.

Requirements include 5+ years FP&A in a large company (CRE preferred), a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and advanced modelling skills. This role offers bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a large company and CRE context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred.
• Strong FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization expertise.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, analytics tools and systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning financial goals with objectives.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Recruit and retain brokerage talent with market leaders and regional presidents.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to optimize working capital, reduce costs, and enhance cash generation.
• Monitor FCF performance and identify levers to improve liquidity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Recommend strategies to improve margins and support growth initiatives.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
