Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within a large company, CRE experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a similar field.
Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred.
Strong expertise in FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning financial goals with company objectives.
Develop and maintain advanced models for forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
Monitor FCF performance and identify levers to improve liquidity and cash generation.
Drive cost optimization and working capital initiatives across regions.
Prepare and present reports and variance analyses to senior leadership.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
