Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to manage P&L, optimize Free Cash Flow, and implement robust financial controls.

The role reports to the Regional Finance Director for the Central and Southeast Regions and involves collaborating with market leaders to recruit and retain brokerage talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis in a large company, CRE preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred.
• Strong FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights.
• Act as trusted advisor to business units; align financial goals with objectives.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting.
• Recruit and retain brokerage talent with market leaders and regional presidents.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to optimize working capital, reduce costs, and improve cash generation.
• Monitor FCF performance and liquidity; support budgeting and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and recommendations to leadership.
