Colliers seeks a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, manage costs, and implement robust financial controls, reporting to the Regional Finance Director for the Central and Southeast Regions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in FP&A roles for a large company, CRE preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
