Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Minnesota to partner with the Critical Communications Systems business unit leadership. You will own the full P&L view, drive forecasting and reporting rhythms, and translate financial results into practical insights to guide growth and finance maturity.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of FP&A or finance analytics experience, strong Excel and BI skills, and a knack for data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of progressive finance/FP&A or analytics experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI or Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting & forecasting for the business unit P&L with structured inputs.
• Prepare KPI reporting, financial summaries, and leadership materials.
• Analyze monthly results, cost drivers, margins, and risks.
• Strengthen data discipline and repeatable reporting processes.
