Job summary

Target in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Manager FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis, partnering with business units to drive performance, develop insights, and support strategic decision making across the organization.

You will own long‑range plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts, build financial tools, evaluate strategic initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional reviews, and push process improvements. An MBA and 6–9 years in finance are highly preferred.
