Job summary

UKG is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to join our finance team in Minnesota. You’ll lead enterprise-level financial planning and analysis, focusing on performance improvements, scalable reporting, and KPI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate functions to provide strategic financial analysis.
• Develop and deliver internal financial reporting and commentary.
• Drive budget process from long-term modeling to annual plan.
• Create and refine financial models and ad hoc analyses.
• Coach and mentor a team of analysts.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams to improve planning tools.
