Job summary

Teradyne’s Finance team in North Reading, MA is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to guide investment decisions and support strategic programs across the Compute Test Division. You will partner with Marketing, Sales Finance, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver insights, forecast plans, and business cases that influence resource allocations.

The role emphasizes executive storytelling, advanced analytics, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing leadership on budgeting, forecasting and investments.
Evaluate spending priorities with business leaders and support strategic planning.
Develop financial models and scenarios for planning and resource allocation.
Lead operating expense, headcount, contractors, subscriptions, and initiative forecasting.
Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
Create management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
