You will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, conduct variance analyses, and work with business leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or related field.
• Experience supporting government contracts, project-based organizations, or complex operations preferred.
• Strong Excel and BI tooling capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze current and historical financial data and performance.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and projections.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Analyze financial performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Support best practices to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on financial decisions.
• Maintain daily availability to meet business needs and deadlines.
