Job summary

CEVA SANTE ANIMALE seeks an FP&A Manager for Innovation & Development in Philadelphia. This role involves managing financial operations for the I&D department, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and preparing accurate reports for management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, along with excellent skills in budgeting and ERP systems. The position may require occasional domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Knowledge of JDE and reporting experience in Coupa is a plus.
• Experience with operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage I&D finance operations in the US and France.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting for management.
• Oversee accounting for projects and fixed assets.
