Job summary

Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company, seeks a Director of FP&A in the United States to own the end-to-end finance function and lead PSA and ERP transformation across a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment.

The role requires 10+ years of finance leadership, strong modeling and data skills (SQL, Power BI), and the ability to travel domestically to meet client project requests. You will mentor teams, drive budgeting, and partner with the VP of Finance on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration—or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience with leadership, execution, and strategic thinking.
• Management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and fundamental accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead day-to-day finance function with independence and accountability.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team.
• Forecasting, P&L oversight, weekly and monthly reporting, and analysis to identify trends and manage revenue.
• Identify/quantify risks and opportunities for informed management decisions.
• Develop, consolidate, and present financial analysis including annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Partner with the VP, Finance to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and independently execute on finance operations.
• Evaluate trends within the business and offer decision support.
• Report financial results and KPIs against projections and deviations from plan.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and monthly KPI summaries for consolidated results.
• Develop and maintain long-term forecast models.
• Provide support for investor and leadership financial requests.
• Lead process improvements for PSA tool and ERP integration; remediation and standardized workflows.
• Design and implement end-to-end revenue reconciliation across PSA and ERP.
