GTT Communications Czech s.r.o is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to drive strategic financial decisions in a global technology environment. This role partners with senior leaders to shape plans and performance across the organisation.

You'll build complex models, forecasts, and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights that inform profitability, efficiency, and long-term strategy. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance role.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Identify key performance drivers and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational objectives and long-term business strategy.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Present complex financial information in a clear and commercially relevant manner.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that support organisational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting analytical excellence and professional development.
