Job summary

Weber Distribution LLC is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with Operations and Executive Management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling. You will drive monthly financial reporting, KPI analysis, and executive summaries while enhancing forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.

You will lead development of financial models for cash flow, revenue, margin analysis, and capital projects, as well as customer profitability and cost-savings initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
• Prior leadership experience (supervisory or project-based).
• Logistics, supply chain, distribution, or 3PL industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting process; consolidate submissions and present financial results to senior leadership.
• Own development and distribution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end reporting aligned with corporate deadlines.
• Maintain and enhance financial planning models for cash flow, revenue, margin, and cost analysis.
• Build models to support capital projects, pricing proposals, customer profitability, and cost-savings initiatives.
• Support covenant reporting, treasury modeling, and cash flow analysis for banking needs.
• Establish data integrity standards, reporting cadence, analytic methodology, and dashboard design.
• Implement best practices to improve reporting automation and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Operations leadership to provide insights into labor trends, facility profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Operations, and other departments to align actuals, forecasts, and metrics.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects including ROI studies and bonus/commission modeling.
• Translate complex financial data into executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and Board audiences.
• Lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
