Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or related finance function.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead free cash flow, balance sheet, and working capital forecasting processes.
Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to improve forecast accuracy and cash flow visibility.
Influence business decisions by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic finance partner.
Drive accountability through financial analysis and performance monitoring.
Lead high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and decision-support capabilities.
Drive cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and working capital performance.
Simplify complex business challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
Leverage automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize finance processes.
Develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve insights.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the Finance organization.
