Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director of FP&A - Consolidations & Cash Flow to lead the consolidation of financial results, forecasts, annual plans, risks, and opportunities across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You’ll develop executive-level reporting and drive automation and standardization in planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading financial consolidations, forecasting, planning, and enterprise performance management processes.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial reporting principles.
• Expertise in executive-level financial storytelling, reporting, and presentation development.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, enterprise-wide perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of financial results, forecasts, annual plans, risks and opportunities across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Own and improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes with clear timelines and accountability.
• Develop executive-level financial narratives and presentations for the CFO and Finance leadership.
• Drive automation, standardization, and controls to enhance reporting quality and analytical capacity.
