Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director of FP&A Consolidations & Reporting to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization. You will partner with executives to provide insights, drive performance, and oversee end-to-end financial processes including consolidations and reporting.

You will manage a team of three, develop talent, and scale financial models and analytics to support strategic decisions. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Finance experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence and partner with Executive leaders.
• Strong corporate finance concepts, practices, and tools.
• Experience leading or managing budget/forecast for P&L; Balance Sheet/Cash Flow a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A Consolidations & Reporting function end-to-end.
• Oversee P&L consolidations, reporting, planning, and analysis.
• Partner with executive leadership to prepare QBR, Board, and investor materials.
• Develop and improve financial models, processes, and analytics.
• Ensure month-end close accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage a team of three and develop high-performance talent.
• Provide strategic decision support and scenario planning.
