Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of successful progressive Finance experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with Executive-level Leaders across the organization.
• Firm grasp of corporate finance concepts, practices, and tools.
• Experience leading or managing budget/forecast for P&L; Balance Sheet/Cash Flow a plus.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning (budget, forecast, long-range plan) process for all functional areas; provide strategic decision support and scenario planning.
• Provide actual to budget/forecast reporting, dashboards, and variance analyses for decision making.
• Partner with executive leadership to prepare QBR, Board and investor materials.
• Analyze and present complex financial information in simple terms; present conclusions to business leaders.
• Develop, scale, and improve financial models, processes, and analytics.
• Provide business support to other FP&A teams to create transparency of key assumptions.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure month-end close and accurate accounting.
• Support broader organization through ad hoc projects and analytics; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Manage a team of three; cultivate high performance and career development.
