Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Corporate FP&A team to support Financial Shared Services. The role partners with FSS leadership to plan, forecast, close, and report on financial results, delivering insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

The candidate will manage large datasets, automate reporting, and present to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel and visualization skills (Power BI),

Qualifications

3+ years of experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month-end close, and budgets.
Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and presenting to leadership.
Strong Excel skills and ability to create dashboards and reports.
Ability to partner with FSS leadership and drive insights across teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with FSS leadership to develop annual expense budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
Perform monthly close duties and prepare executive summaries.
Explain monthly results using established and ad hoc reports.
Review variances and impact on future months to improve forecasting.
Automate reporting and enhance data visualization and dashboards (Power BI).
Support business partners with analyses and business cases as needed.
