Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, financial analytics, or similar data-intensive roles.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and data tools; experience with ERP and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data into insights to support business decisions across departments.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and automate recurring reports.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial modeling support for planning scenarios.
