Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze operating results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders on budgeting and planning.
• Prepare variance analyses and recommendations to improve performance.
• Support long-range planning and scenario modeling efforts.
• Create and present financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
• Support business cases for investments, capital expenditures, and new initiatives.
