Job summary

Gildan seeks an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with General Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that guide profitable growth.

You will build robust financial models, analyze variances, and present findings to senior leaders. A strong Excel and visualization toolkit will support strategic decisions and inventory/work capital optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Master’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
Minimum 6+ years of FP&A experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Act as the finance lead and strategic partner to General Managers and cross-functional leadership.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with business leaders.
Analyze results vs budget, forecast, and prior year; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Build financial models and business cases to evaluate initiatives and ROI.
Partner with operations to optimize inventory and working capital.
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide clear insights to leadership.
Develop Finance Business Partners across assigned business units.
