Job summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a growing consumer-focused company within the CPG/apparel space. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

This hands-on role offers visibility across the organization and supports key commercial initiatives including product launches, pricing, margin optimization, channel performance, and broader business planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Experience in consumer-focused environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business teams.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability
• Prepare reporting and presentations for senior leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business and commercial decisions
• Support product launches, commercialization initiatives, pricing decisions, and other strategic business opportunities
• Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and potential financial impacts
• Analyze product, customer, channel, and/or category performance
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of financial performance
• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actual results, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Develop and improve financial reporting, planning processes, and analytical tools
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed
